30-day money-back guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans (Dish lifetime, Roam lifetime, and the full Plan With Friends suite). If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no questions asked.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle.com, who acts as Merchant of Record for all our orders.
- Visit paddle.net and enter the email address you used at checkout to find your order and request a refund directly.
- Or email us at hello@lucasdidier.com with your order ID or the email address you used at checkout, and we'll process the refund for you.
Refunds typically appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
What happens after a refund
Once your refund is processed, your access to the paid features ends and your account returns to the free tier. Any sessions you've already created stay where they are, but new premium-only actions will require an active plan.
Beyond 30 days
Refund requests outside the 30-day window are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If you run into a billing issue, a duplicate charge, or a technical problem that prevented you from using the service, please get in touch — we'll do our best to make it right.
